The Fluid bed drying technology
For most powders, including those that are heat sensitive, ideal processing conditions are achieved by passing air through a powder layer under controlled velocity conditions to create a fluidized state.
Heat is supplied by the air or by heating panels immersed in the fluidized layer. Both batch and continious, vibrated and non-vibrating fluid bed systems are supplied.
