For more demanding cleaning tasks we offer the GEA Tuchenhagen^®-VARIPURE Orbital Cleaners.

As a result of the systematic further development of rotating spray heads we can today place orbitally acting cleaners at the cleaning expert's disposal. In addition to the horizontal rotation adopted from rotating cleaning, these cleaners also feature rotation in vertical direction - effected by individual or several cleaning nozzles mounted on a rotary disk.

These orbital cleaning devices are ideally suited for use in tanks, vessels or autoclaves with critical types of soiling or complicated internal fittings such as agitators, parts or baffles.

Cleaning pressure of up to 90 bar are possible; tanks and vessels up to 27 m in diameter can be cleaned.
