These Product Recovery Systems achieve 99% recovery of your valuable products. You regain valuable products from your pipe system and thus optimise the economic efficiency of your production plant.
The fully automatic GEA Tuchenhagen Product Recovery Systems are integrated into closed, fixed piped systems and are fully compatible with CIP/ SIP operations.
The dimensionally stable and product compatible pig pushes the product out of the pipe. A small film of residual product is left and can be easily removed by CIP cleaning. In this way the product
left in the pipe at the end of production is almost completely recoverd and the burden placed on the wastewater by subsequent cleaning can be drastically reduced.
