For rinsing small to medium-sized tanks up to 10 m in diameter, we offer the GEA Tuchenhagen^®-VARIPURE Rotating Cleaners, in a variety of sizes, flow rates and configurations.

Rotating Cleaners, driven by the cleaning medium, are a superior alternative to Static Spray Balls. The rotating spray heads work with spatially acting flat jets which discharge far lower amounts of cleaning medium.

In cleaning mode, the entire inside surface of the tank is wetted with cleaning solution due to the rotation of the cleaner head and is cleaned by the flat jet produced.

Cleaning pressures of up to 20 bar are possible; tanks up to 10 m in diameter can be cleaned. In contrast to the static spray balls flow rates and cleaning times can be considerably lower when rotating cleaners are used.
