08-05-09: New strategic coorporation agreement between GEA Niro S.p.A and AC Serendip AG
GEA Niro Soavi S.p.A. and AC Serendip AG announce a Strategic Cooperation agreement to provide to the market homogenization and dispersing technology solutions for the chemical and cosmetic industries.
Based on this agreement, AC Serendip AG will be able to supply complete process systems based on the Serendip low pressure dispersing device, integrated on the reliable and state-of-the-art high pressure pumping units by GEA Niro Soavi.
This strategic cooperation will bne used as platform to expand the application of the technology solutions provided by both companies, with the benefit for customers to access new process opportunities, based on proven and sound competences combined with innovative approach to maximize production efficiency with minimum enerfy consumptions.
The agreement will be announced during the Achema 2009 exhibition on Frankfurt, to give the possibility to new customers to experience an innovative technological proposal backed-up by long term and successful presence worldwide, combined with a global After Sales and Service network.
